Butterfly Meditation
A healing meditation commonly used in trauma relief therapy that is helpful for both children and adults. It's called The Butterfly Hug, and is followed it up with a Butterfly Visualization. These grounding techniques are often used by trauma survivors in EMDR therapy for self-soothing - it's what they call Bilateral Stimulation.
